Hi, I’m Kristina Holle
I built my career in rooms where there were not many women.
For 25 years I worked in senior HR roles across multinational organizations. I learned, like most women in those rooms, to be a particular kind of leader. Tougher. More decisive. Less emotional. It worked. It also cost me more than I knew at the time.
Now I help other women see what they have been wearing, and what it has been costing them, without losing the strengths underneath.
My journey.
After a long and successful corporate career across SCI Logistics, Coca-Cola Beverages, and Gap Inc., I reached a point where something inside me knew there was more. Not more achievement — more alignment. On paper, everything was working. Internally, I could feel the cost of leading from constant pressure.
I watched talented leaders wrestle with burnout, perfectionism, and the quiet fear of not being enough. I recognized those patterns in myself, too. Writing The Authentic You: Unleash Your Leadership Potential became a turning point. It opened the door to a deeper realization: leadership is not just strategy and execution — it is identity, regulation, and integration.
That realization changed how I lead — and how I guide others.
Why I Created SHIFT
SHIFT was born from lived experience, not theory. I spent fifteen years working with senior leaders — first within the corporate environments they navigated, then as a coach helping them through high-pressure transitions. What I saw was a pattern that existing leadership development couldn't quite reach.
Most leadership programs teach more skills. More frameworks. More strategy. But the leaders I worked with were not failing because they lacked skill. They were struggling because they were carrying the wrong things — armor that had once kept them safe, performance habits that had once produced promotion, emotional labor that had become invisible.
SHIFT was built to make those patterns visible, integrate what serves, and release what no longer does. It is a three-stage development pathway used in corporate leadership teams, women's leadership cohorts, and executive coaching engagements. It powers four workshops, a keynote, and the book I am currently developing — The Shift into Conscious Leadership.
What I Stand For
Leadership is an inner practice before it is a public one. Self-awareness, emotional regulation, and integrated decision-making are not soft skills — they are the foundation of every other capability a senior leader brings to their work.
Most senior women have been taught to lead by putting more on. More expertise. More hours. More armor. More performance. My work moves the other direction. It identifies what each leader has been wearing, what it has been costing her, and what it looks like to set some of it down — without losing the strengths that got her here.
It's not about putting more on. It's about taking more off.
